Hot Dog Carts & "Diesel Bus Fumes" Seasoning
It may be time for me to confess I love hot dogs and sausages from hot dog carts. If I could afford it that would be a regular lunch item for me.
It reminds of a story when I lived in Israel. Rather than hot dog stands they had falafel stands. The best falafel I have ever eaten was from a falafel stand besire a diesel bus with not emission controls. Has anyone every seen 'diesel bus fumes' seasoning?
