Greg Cummins, the CEO of Heartland Health Region (HHR), shared at the West Central Municipal Government Committee in Luseland Wednesday that HHR is initiating a 3P process to address the challenges in the delivery of emergency services in the district.
I don't recall Greg sharing a date when the process will begin.
