Cemetery Update: You Don't Have to Die to be Involved!

You don't have to be dead to be involved at the cemetery. On August 12th Council appointed Hugh McLean to the Cemetery Committee.

Also, the cemetery is a good place if you want a quiet place to walk, talk or visit. On occasion you may find me doing laps of the cemetery on my bike.

The cemetery looks much better this year due to the hard work of the Committee and Rick Chester. Mr. Chester is looking after the grounds.

The Cemetery Committee is building a new columbarium and has also developed and adopted a terms of reference. They are currently working on a 5 year plan for the grounds.
