·         Oct 25 – Attended Press Conference announcing the results of the election

·         Oct 27 – Attended Men’s lunch at St. Olaf’s Church

·         Oct 28 – Participated in the Town of Kindersley Transition Meeting attended by the Outgoing and Incoming Council members

·         Nov 1 – Attended webinar on ‘internal leadership coaching best practices’

·         Nov 3 – Attended Kindersley Whirls and Twirls hosting of the annual meeting of the SK Federation of Square and Round Dancers

·         During the previous week spent time in the corporate offices learning about various aspects of the Mayor’s responsibilities

·         Nov 9 – Met with CAO

·         Nov 9 – Met and spoke to Town of Kindersley Staff

·         Nov 9 – Spoke to the Leadership class at Kindersley Composite School

·         During the previous week attended to a number of issues needing Mayoral attention

·         Nov 12 – Introductory meeting with Ron Hope

·         Nov 12 – Met with Ron Baker to learn more about Roberts Rules of Order

·         Nov 13 – met with the Adjudication Committee regarding the RFP for the Needs and Operational Assessment for the stage of the Multi Use Facility

·         Nov 14 – Swearing In Ceremony and Council meeting

·         Nov 16 – Attended an Asset Management meeting to learn more about Asset Management

·         During the previous week attended to a number of issues needing Mayoral attention including preparation for the Council retreat

·         Nov 19 – Attended the SUMA West Central Meeting in Kerrobert

·         Nov 20 – Attended the second Adjudication meeting for the Needs and Operational Assessment project wherein the Committee invited three groups to present their proposals

·         Nov 21 – Attended Council meeting

·         Nov 23 – Chaired the Council retreat

·         Nov 24 – Chaired the Council retreat

·         During the previous week attended to a number of issues needing Mayoral attention including preparation for the Council retreat

·         Nov 27 – Council Meeting

·         Nov 28 – Attend the West Central Municipal Government Committee meeting in Kindersley

·         Nov 29 – Attend the Adjudication Committee meeting to view the presentation of the proposals

·         Nov 29 – Participate in Appeals Board meeting

·         Nov 30 – Mayor’s office hours

·         Nov 30 – Introductory meeting with Richard Anderson, Chair of Heartland Health

·         During the previous month communicated frequently with CAO and Councillors regarding clarification of aspirations, situations, and concerns expressed by residents.
