Town of Kindersley: Organizational Review

Last night, July 8th, Council approved a contract for an organizational review of the corporation of the Town of Kindersley. The goal of the review is to identify challenges and issues and opportunities for improvement in leadership, organizational design/structure, processes, decision-making, communication, staffing systems, work processes, and the workplace culture.

An outcome of this review, and expected implementation, is a streamlines organization aligned with the goals of Council.

The rationale for the review is to ensure the Corporation is properly designed and staffed for expected growth and changes within our community. The expected price tag for this investment is approximately $43,000.
