This
morning I attended a study tour and I travelled with MLA Kevin Phillips,
Legislative Secretary of Government Relations. He told me that the average municipal increase in Saskatchewan for 2014 is 11.8%.
The only Mayor
I have spoken with who has a lower increase than Kindersley was the Mayor of Melville whose
increase was under 4%.
