Just a heads up regarding immigration: I met with a Jacquie Mitchell from the Battelford's Immigration Resource Centre regarding the establishment of a regular visit to Kindersley. As a result Battleford's Immigration Centre will now be travelling to Kindersley on a monthly basis to provide a range of services for our growing immigrant community. The first visit is November 20th from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM in Multi-purpose Room #1 on the main floor at the rink.
It is my understanding that this will start on a monthly basis and assessed to determine if more visits are needed. If you are an employer with immigrants you may want to visit with Jacqui to determine how she be able to help your employee(s).
