The Third VP
generally goes on to become President of FCM in about four years. Our Randy
Goulden, Councillor of Yorkton, was a strong candidate but did not have the
support to win. The winning candidate was Jenny (unsure of the spelling of her
last name) Councillor of Winnipeg.
